What happens after you send the contact form?

I will review your contact request as soon as I receive it and respond promptly, typically by telephone, within 4 hours. I personally review your property information to familiarize myself with the general aspects of your assessment before my return call. In most instances, I will have your evaluation prepared when we speak. Once we complete our initial discussion, I will send my engagement agreement and the required authorization to represent you for your electronic signature. I take pride in maintaining an open line of communication with you throughout the process, which is an important reason I maintain a perfect 5-star Google client rating.
